I refuse to go in on Saturday.

I don’t work for them in a sense that they can push me around and tell me my hours. But the register people get their hours.

This is different. I’ve become accustomed to this. We have no schedule because I don’t need one. I do my 6 hours on sat/sun and I’m out by 3. That’s the agreement. I told him that I might not be able to make it Saturday. Maybe he’s found someone, J.I.C.,

Yeah, right.

He’s relying on me more than any of his employees (save Eric) and he has the balls to say “I work for HIM!”? No, no, we’re a partnership, and a dysfunctional one, at that. I have my hours for the week, and I work them. You cant just change them & expect me to change my schedule and social life around to accomidate you! We’re in a balance, and when you disrupt it, shit happens.

I will not fall into their system. Again, I’m right. I know Patricia needs me to help her, but I can’t do it. Plans were made, and I’m snowboarding. And they can’t tell me any differently because they may have a lot of power over my job, but they have very little power over my life.
